Food is good half the time. But they have some of the best wings.

We ordered 2 of the meaty p'zone things. And they are so plain!!! No flavor. So thin. Barely any meat. It's mainly bread. Never again will I order this nor did it have enough sauce in the cup to both halves of the p'zone....best thing of all if it is the cinnabons.

I have had numerous awful experiences with this Pizza Hut. Every time i speak with a manager, they just try to brush it off like it is not their fault. I will be sharing this experience on numerous websites. The pizza is never fresh and is always cold. I end up throwing it away every time, with not even a hint of an apology from management. We do big orders for pizza at my work, and I will be damned if this place will ever get our business.

your app is not working. I have to keep ordering my pizza by calling in when I want the carryout price it can be a problem.

I was really disappointed today with the Service I got from Pizza Hut today. We ordered a deal pasta and breadsticks and a pizza for delivery today. Pasta and pizza took a long time to be delivered to us. Then we checked and we didn’t get our breadsticks. We chased the guy who delivered our food, he was really nice, we told him we didn’t recieve our breadsticks and he said the best thing to do is to call. We called and no one answered the phone so we called again and they said they got confused and it would be 30 minutes for our breadsticks to be delivered. That’s ridiculous.. but then they came about 40 minutes for our breadsticks to finally arrive and they are cold and hard like they’ve been sitting for ages. Rather than making new breadsticks they had ours sitting for over an hour till we got them. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

I we'll never eat there they don't wear gloves and I see them smoking out side then go in and make pizzas I tell everyone that I work for to not eat there and I'm going to tell everyone else the same in to they start wearing gloves and be more cleaner

I love Pizza Hut..... BUT their delivery is extremely slow. So if you're in a hurry to get your food definitely go and pick it up because almost every time I do delivery it takes over an hour.

Not enough staff... Has been known to hang up on customers..

At least with my orders, they've gotten them right every time and were relatively quick about delivery. Pizza and cheese sticks were piping hot and everything down to dipping sauces were correct. The delivery guy is also quick to call if he needs help finding my apartment. Can't personally complain!

Our pizza was fine but delivered to the wrong address and had to be re ordered. Kinda funny how the people it was wrongly delivered to accepted and paid for our pizza but...OK. I've had problems getting orders correct from here nearly every time I order, it's always corrected but can be annoying.

Awful!!!! I had a 6.00 credit for a mistake they made went in spoke to the manager and explained what happened so that was cool. This was in January but she neglected to tell me that the credit had an expiration date. I called in today to put in a order wanted to use it and was told "oh you can't use that it's only last for a limited time "! They are full of it and they have just lost a faithful customer! Same as everyone else. Horrible customer service, slow delivery, my order was wrong every time and they never answer their phone. Sucks because Pizza Hut is my fave but I now refuse to waste anymore money at this one.

My order took more than a hour i ordered 1 large and 1 medium pizza with bone out wings. I live less than 10 min away. My pizza was not hot and my wings were dry

I ordered my pizza and never received it within an hour, so I called them back and they told me that I never ordered a pizza and that I had called a different number. This place is terrible and I'll never order anything from them again.

Bad Experience. No Pizza. Ordered Pizza and claim they didn't get my order. This was Saturday, March 18th.Called today no Answer.I gave great tips too.No more pizza hut.

I used to like ordering from here but the pizza lately have been tasting like Domino's Pizza and don't look like Pizza Hut pizza... The cheesy bread sticks taste more like their pizza than what their pizzas do...

Best wings in the area. Failure rate isn't as low as it should be.They are usually aware and willing to rectify their mistakes.If you tip well, often, and tip when you carryout, they will learn your name and your service will be consistently better for any oddities, like sauce-less pizza.

We order 2pzones with pepperoni and we both got sick was food poison will never order again not to mention it wasnt fresh

I've ordered from them only twice. The first time, they were very friendly, polite and customer service oriented. You don't see that much anymore in retail businesses these days and the order was done on time! The only issue I had was, the dough was raw in the center of a pan crust but they very apologetic and stepped up to the plate and offered me a refund if I wanted to come back in or a credit for my next order. My second time ordering was perfect with the same friendly and professional service.

I got fries from the bottom of the fryer, very over done and weird. We ordered breads ticks and got no marinara, I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Food was cold and it took way too long to get here.

Always takes them 2 hours to deliver your pizza. By the time it arrives its ice cold. I ordered once and I waited 2 hours. I thought maybe it was just a busy day. Gave them one more try and the estimated delivery time was 2 hours again. I just cancelled and ordered from somewhere else.

This site is my first choice site. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. Whenever I feel like having a superb lunch, this place comes straight to my mind. best and all kinds of food and a large menu.professional staff, and agreeable atmosphere. Also important, the bill is reasonable. I tell about this restaurant with pleasure.

I really enjoy their dishes. I always get awesome service here. The place is clean and the cashiers are always super friendly. Highly recommended.

Great pizza and service

I forgot to click the no contact curbside pickup, and had both my toddlers with me. I started getting them out of the car and an employee ran out and asked my name and told me she would bring it out to me. May not seem like much, but during a pandemic it was really heart warming to know other people truly care. We’ve been going there for our pizza for 2 years and everyone has always been friendly. Pizza is always fresh, hot and delicious. I wish I knew her name but she knows who she is, thank you for helping keep my children safe.

Ordered 2 pizzas, knots, and 4 drinks. Shorted me one drink. Also 2 of the 4 garlic sauces were leaking all over the place. Won't order again.

Delivery is slow and late Always

Ordered online using a promo paid $10 for a large pizza carry out; pizza was ready at the time it said it’ll be ready. They weren’t busy at all (Saturday afternoon) I was in and out.

Always fast and accurate orders. I see some of the older reviews are pretty negative, but they may have had a staff change because I haven't run into any of the issues that seem to have been prevalent at this location.

Picked up a damaged pizza and they redid it without me even asking. That is great service in my eyes.

The customer service is unbelievably rude. It was my first time ordering from there and canceled my order as soon as I made it because of the rudeness.

So I am at work working night shift and order two pizzas. One with sauce and one without (because I can't have it) I final get to eat pizza and see it's wrong. I call the company 20 min before closing and they will not answer. I call them from two different lines and they still won't answer. Now I know why I only eat papa johns..... poor service!!! Zero of my mo eye will be spent with you ever again.

The WORSE! My order took 2 hrs for delivery and I was missing items I prepaid for on line.. When I tried to contact the store, to check the status of the delivery driver, no one answered so I called again and let it ring so long a voice mail came on.. Smdh.. I don't think I have ever experience this level of incompetent customer service. Next time I will just go pick it up from a real pizza place.

Always quick with my orders no matter the time

I've never had a bad experience here. My food has always been ready by the time it tells me to pick up. My orders have been hot and correct. I've never had any issues

Every time I order from this particular Pizza Hut, my order is always late by 30 to 40 minutes. They barely answer the telephone and when the order is FINALLY delivered, something is always missing. I can say that those who have made my deliveries have been nice though. Have made my last order from this Pizza Hut store.

It took 1 hour and 35 minutes for me to get my pizza and bread sticks and when it arrived it was cold. Who wants cold pizza and bread sticks when I paid for hot pizza and bread sticks. This is ridiculous and pizza hut needs to do something about this particular pizza hut restaurant. I can say when I called the manager was willing to give me a credit of $15.00 but I paid $26.10 for my order. I guess I need to be happy that they gave me anything after this disaster.
